Ordering in our webshop
When you have selected an article, choose the desired colour and quantity. The item is then placed in the shopping basket with a single click of the mouse. Please note: placing items in the shopping basket does not mean that they are reserved. The items are not guaranteed until payment has been made.
Have you finished shopping? Then click on the shopping basket in the top right-hand corner of the screen. There you will see your total order. You can still add, change or remove items. If you agree, click 'continue to order' to enter or change your address details.
You are now on the payment page. Returning customers can log in here with their email address and password. Are you a new customer and not yet registered? Then you can create your account here. For security reasons, everyone is asked to register in 'my account' first. After you have filled in the form truthfully, you can proceed with the order.
Then you indicate where you want to receive the order and how you want to pay. The order will be confirmed by us by e-mail. You will also receive an e-mail from the carrier when the order is dispatched. This way you can track your package with the tracking number mentioned in this e-mail.
Ordering in our webshop
When a colour of an item is not in stock, a red block will appear with the message "temporarily out of stock, but can be ordered". This only applies to the colour in question. When an article is not in stock, you can choose one of the following options:
1. You can order the product and receive it when it is back in stock at Kidzroom. The advantage is that you are guaranteed to receive the product as soon as it arrives.
2. You do not order the product, but you are informed by e-mail when it is back in stock.
3. You place the product on your own wish list and order it yourself at another time.
4. You continue ordering or look in the Kidzroom webshop for an alternative product.
An item you paid for is not available
We monitor our online range with the greatest possible care. However, for the delivery of the order, we are dependent on several factors. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases, it turns out during processing that an ordered product is no longer in stock. In such cases, the purchase price of the item, including shipping costs, will be credited to you.
Offers and prices
Offers are valid as long as stocks last. Prices will not be increased unless legal measures give rise to an increase. Kidzroom is not bound to its offer in case of obvious errors on its website.
Kidzroom charges delivery costs for every order. These costs differ per country. The costs are clearly stated before you go to the payment page. This is clearly stated in step 1 of the order process. If you want to be informed in advance, please contact customer service.
