How can I place an order?

Ordering from Kidzroom is very simple: after you have placed the desired products in the shopping cart, you can complete your order by clicking on "order".

 

To order a product, you must first place it in your shopping cart. You can also continue shopping and order multiple items. Depending on the order amount you only pay one delivery charge. You can always change your shopping basket by changing the quantity, size and/or color or by removing an item altogether.

 

Next we ask you to fill in a delivery address. It is possible to provide a separate delivery and billing address, so you can receive your package at a different place, for example, your work address or the address of a friend who is home during the day or if you want to send something as a gift to someone. After specifying your address, choose the desired payment method. You can pay with iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact, Sofortbanking, Giropay, Visa Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Credit card. Payment is done via a secure connection. After completing the payment you will receive a confirmation on screen and an email.

 

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes, after placing the order and completing the payment you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. You will also receive a second e-mail from us with the payment confirmation and the track&trace code of the carrier. It is therefore very important that you provide us with the correct e-mail address. Keep the track and trace code well! It is possible that the order confirmation ends up in the unwanted items/spam mail. 

Do I need to create an account to order?

Yes, for security reasons everyone is asked to register in 'my account' first. Are you a new customer and not yet registered? Then you can create an account here. After you have filled in the form truthfully, you can proceed with your order.

When you create an account, you can easily log in next time with your login details.

Do I get a guarantee on the items I ordered?

We supply quality articles, but it is of course possible that unfortunately something is wrong with your articles. You are entitled to the legal guarantee. Should a product not arrive in perfect condition or show signs of defect within a short period of time (with normal use), we will ensure that you receive a new product or (part of) your money back.

Can I pay safely?

Yes, ordering from Kidzroom is completely safe. Your payment goes through the secure PAY connection. Your privacy is guaranteed and your details will never be disclosed to third parties. You can use the following payment methods: iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact, Sofortbanking, Giropay, Visa Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Creditcard. Once we have received your order, it will be prepared!

 

Kidzroom guarantees the safety of your personal details. We use a secure internet connection during the ordering process; you can tell by the padlock in the address bar of your browser.

How can I pay?

In our webshop on Kidzroom.nl you can use various payment methods. You can pay your online order in different ways: iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact, Sofortbanking, Giropay, Visa Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Are the prices on Kidzroom.nl inclusive of VAT and shipping costs?

The prices on the website are always inclusive of VAT and exclusive of any shipping costs.

Can I return my (discounted) items?

Should a Kidzroom (discounted) article not meet your expectations, then this product can be returned. You may report the return within 14 days of receipt of the order and then you have 14 days to return the package. See the conditions and for more information on our site under the button "Returns". 

How do I return a package?

Kidzroom defines a return as an ordered article that is sent back by the customer to the return address of Kidzroom. The shipping costs and risks of the return are for the buyer. Within 14 days of receiving the order, you may register the return.

 

Step 1:

Fill in the return form and pack the items (undamaged and unworn). Clearly state the following details:

- Order number

- Name and address details

- The reason for the exchange/return

 

Step 2:

Write the return address on the package:

Step 3:

Return the package within 14 days via a package service point.

 

Step 4:

We will process your return within 14 days of receipt.

If I want to exchange the ordered item, is that possible?

Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to exchange an item. If you want to exchange an item for another model or colour, you will have to place a new order and return the other item. Within 14 days after receipt of the order you may report the return and then you have 14 days to return the item. See the conditions and for more information on our site under the button "Returns". 

What are the shipping costs?

Kidzroom charges a delivery fee for each order. These costs differ per country. The costs will be made clear before you go to the payment page. This is clearly stated in step 1 of the order process. If you want to be informed in advance, please contact customer service.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time of Kidzroom products varies per country. We try to dispatch your package as quickly as possible.

  • The delivery time for the Netherlands is 1-2 working days.
  • The delivery time for Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and France is 2-3 working days.
  • Shipments within the rest of Europe take 3-4 working days.

If Kidzroom receives your order before noon, the package will be sent on the same working day. Orders received after 12 noon will be dispatched the next working day.

 

All packages are shipped with DPD. DPD delivers from Monday to Friday during normal business hours. Shipping costs are automatically calculated when placing an order. Please take into account any import costs that may be charged.

Who will deliver my order?

Kidzroom.nl has its parcels delivered by DPD. 

Does Kidzroom.nl also have a shop or can I only order online?

Unfortunately we do not have a physical Kidzroom shop where you can have a pleasant browse. Fortunately, it is pleasant to browse our colourful webshop with all its wonderful products for children and adults.

Do you have a complaint about a product?

Kidzroom.nl takes the greatest care in supplying products and services that meet your expectations. In the unlikely event that an article or service is unsatisfactory, we kindly request that you notify us of your complaint(s) by sending an email to [email protected]
